Dolce Vitality
The Amalfi Coast Fitness Retreat
THE RETREAT
"Positano bites deep." -- John Steinbeck
Spend a life-affirming week amid the magical backdrop of one of the world’s most spectacular coastlines for a fitness, detox and weight-loss retreat that will hone, sculpt, cleanse and reboot you.
Tap into the age-old culture and wisdom of the natural paradise of the Amalfi Coast and retune your five senses.

ACCOMMODATION
Perched just above Positano's beach, about an hour from Naples, Le Sirenuse is considered one of the world's best and Italy's leading luxury seaside hotel. Once the summer vacation home of the aristocratic Sersale family, this boutique hotel first opened its 58 rooms in 1951. Ever since, it has been named time and again by Travel+Leisure and CondeNast Traveller as one of the world's top hotels for its dreamy location, extraordinary atmosphere and superb service.
At Le Sirenuse, rooms are spacious and sea-facing, opening up to a beautiful private balcony overlooking the enchanting Amalfi coastline and its breathtaking, sweeping views of the twinkling town of Positano. Floors are hand-tiled and the decor is traditional and classic; elegantly Italian. Bathrooms are tiled in Carrara marble and include the Sirenuse's signature products.
Le Sirenuse will be reserved exclusively for the Dolce Vitality Retreat, creating a truly unique and private experience.

THE SCHEDULE
The intention behind this retreat is to sweat out toxins and replace them with Mediterranean goodness, refocusing mind and body. Each day we will conquer mountains, traversing lemon and olive groves on magnificent guided treks. Using the ancient network of footpaths as a panoramic, open-air gym, we will pass sacred chapels and shrines, winding our way up stairways to tiny perched villages with unforgettable sweeping sea views.
We will tone and soothe the body via yoga, stretching, low-impact strength training and restorative massages and spa treatments. We will delve deep into the area’s rich art, history and geology, scaling one of the world’s most famous active volcanoes. We will also be venturing underground to visit a fascinating, recently rediscovered Roman villa.
