Florence: the epitome of timeless class.

The city's elegance is evident in everything from churches and cuisine to couture.

Largely unchanged since Renaissance times, the muted ochre and taupe palazzi flanking the Arno River emit an other-worldly kind of nostalgia. Then there are the iconic museums rich with treasures... not to mention the eye-popping architecture.

But where to stay?

Where to eat?

What to do (if you only have twenty-four hours)?

We've got you covered.

We've put together a three-hour private guided walking tour of Florence's top sights, followed by a group dinner (just us!) at one of Florence's most charming trattorias. It's a set menu -- so no complicated decisions or worry about translations and includes water and wine.

For the rest, see below for our top reckies!
