Florence: the epitome of timeless class.

The city's elegance is evident in everything from churches and cuisine to couture.

Largely unchanged since Renaissance times, the muted ochre and taupe palazzi flanking the Arno River emit an other-worldly kind of nostalgia. Then there are the iconic museums rich with treasures... not to mention the eye-popping architecture.

It's said over sixty percent of the world's most important artwork is located in Italy.

Half of that is in Florence. No wonder the entire city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site! With so much to explore in so little time, it can be a little daunting.

Given that many of our retreats begin and end in Florence, we've created a package for you to help alleviate your stress and rest assured you're staying in the heart of everything, seeing and tasting the best. Florence is full of art, yes, but it's also one of the most walkable, hospitable cities in the world. Along with hotel reservations, a guided tour of the city is included in the pre-retreat package.

Of course you're not going to see it all in twenty-four hours but we can help give you a good start.

N.B. This is technically separate and not part of the retreat, so while Regina might make an appearance at dinner or over an aperitivo, this part of your journey is self-guided.
