Join us for five spectacular days on the Amalfi Coast: glamorous islands, our own private boat tour to where "The Talented Mr Ripley" was filmed; an outdoor cooking class in a citrus grove, views galore, delectable meals, incredible wine and, of course, all the laughter and camaraderie your heart can stand.
Spend five spectacular days perched on the 'peninsula Sorrentina' in the stunning cliff-town of Sorrento. A perfect base for sightseeing, the town has plenty to offer: restaurants, nightlife and endless views. The town's festive atmosphere is authentic and local despite its world-renowned fame. During the week we'll make use of the excellent ferry services that connect Sorrento to all the dreamy nearby hotspots: Positano, Capri and more.
Because we're a larger group -- and because this is a very popular place of the world to visit, we will be staying in two different hotels, both very centrally located and within walking distance of each other.
There's the option to stay at the charming four-star, Hotel Michelangelo, located within close walking distance to the historical city center as well as the crystalline waters of the Mediterranean. Because Sorrento is perched on a cliff, there are no 'beaches' per se but swimming areas are accessible by stairs. (Lots of stairs!) But for those of you who want to cool off closer to 'home', the hotel has a swimming pool. There's also wifi, a rooftop bar with sweeping views across the Bay of Naples and a fantastic Italian breakfast buffet.
There's also the option to stay at the four-star, Hotel Continental, literally located on the edge of the cliff. Like Hotel Michelangelo, the hotel is within close walking distance to the historical city center where the shops and restaurants are. The hotel has a lovely sitting areas for lounging, both indoor and outdoor, a spa, a private 'beach' where you can reserve a chair should you decide to take a dip in the Med. There's also wifi, a rooftop bar with sweeping views across the Bay of Naples and a fantastic Italian breakfast buffet.
