Finding a destination wedding venue isn’t just about choosing somewhere beautiful. Without experience in venue sourcing, couples often discover that what looks perfect online can be very different in reality.

Standard rate includes:

✦ Guest concierge support, so you don’t have to turn into a travel planner while planning your wedding

✦ Welcome logistics (arrival coordination, welcome aperitivo transport)
✦ Multi-day event transportation (welcome dinner, wedding, farewell brunch)

We specialize in Italy but we can absolutely help with other destinations in Europe and beyond.

Yes, absolutely. We offer custom, add-on itineraries for those who'd like to spend a few days in Rome, Florence, or even the Amalfi Coast on either end of their trip. We typically charge a £250 itinerary creation fee but for wedding guests the service is complimentary for up to 3 days. Trips beyond 3 days however require the full bespoke itinerary planning fee of £250. (The cost is subtracted from the total when they book their trip.) Guests can reach out to duende@duenderetreats.com and we'll help with an itinerary suited to each individual, group, couple or family.

While we do require the flat fee standard rate of £950 in full, after that, if you’d like to opt into the add-on guest services, monthly payment plans are available with full payment due 30 days prior to the event.

We will do our best to make sure you do. If you don’t find what you’re looking for within 30 days, we’ll refund you 50% of the £950 total.
