Wedding Venue Sourcing Terms & Conditions

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Company provides a destination wedding venue discovery and introduction service, which includes:

  • An initial consultation to understand the Client’s wedding vision, preferences, and budget

  • Research and identification of suitable destination wedding venues

  • Presentation of approximately 3–5 curated venue options tailored to the Client’s requirements

  • General high-level guidance regarding locations, logistics, and next steps

These services are based on a concierge-style venue sourcing model, where the focus is on identifying suitable venues aligned with the Client’s vision and priorities .

2. SERVICE LIMITATION (IMPORTANT)

The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The Company does NOT provide wedding planning services

  • The Company does NOT liaise, negotiate, or communicate with venues on behalf of the Client

  • The Company does NOT coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or third parties

  • The Company does NOT manage bookings, contracts, logistics, or event execution

  • The Company does NOT provide on-the-day coordination or planning support

The Company’s role is strictly limited to:

Introducing and connecting the Client with potential venues and providing recommendations only.

All further communication, negotiation, booking, and planning are the sole responsibility of the Client.

3. INTRODUCTION ROLE ONLY

The Company acts solely as an independent introducer.

Upon providing venue recommendations:

  • The Client may choose to contact venues directly

  • The Company may, at its discretion, facilitate an introduction (e.g., sharing contact details), but will not participate further

At no point does the Company act as:

  • A wedding planner

  • A travel agent (unless separately contracted)

  • A venue representative

  • An intermediary in negotiations or agreements

4. FEES

  • A non-refundable fee of £950 (or as otherwise agreed in writing) is payable in full prior to commencement of services

  • This fee covers:

    • Consultation

    • Research and sourcing

    • Presentation of curated venue options

    • General advisory input

This fee structure aligns with a standard fixed-rate model for venue discovery services .

4.1 What the Fee Does NOT Include

The fee explicitly does NOT include:

  • Liaising with venues

  • Negotiating contracts or pricing

  • Wedding planning or coordination

  • Vendor sourcing or management

  • Guest travel arrangements

  • Event logistics or execution

Any additional services (if offered separately) must be agreed in writing under a separate agreement.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

  • Conduct their own due diligence on all venues

  • Communicate directly with venues and suppliers

  • Review and enter into contracts independently

  • Arrange all logistics, bookings, and planning services

The Client understands that selecting and securing a venue involves independent decision-making and contractual commitments outside the Company’s control.

6. NO GUARANTEE

The Company does not guarantee:

  • Venue availability

  • Pricing accuracy

  • Suitability of venues beyond the information provided

  • That the Client will select or secure a venue

  • That any venue will meet expectations

All recommendations are made in good faith based on available information.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from:

    • Venue selection

    • Venue performance or failure

    • Vendor actions or omissions

    • Travel arrangements

    • Wedding planning or execution

    • Any third-party services

  • The Company is not responsible for anything that goes wrong in relation to:

    • The venue

    • The wedding

    • Any associated services

  • Any contracts entered into by the Client with third parties are entirely separate from this Agreement

8. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER

All venues and vendors are independent third parties.

The Company:

  • Does not control or manage them

  • Makes no warranties regarding their services

  • Accepts no responsibility for their actions, omissions, or performance

9. REFUNDS

  • The service fee is non-refundable once services have commenced

  • If no suitable venues are identified within a reasonable timeframe, the Company may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing.

No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. ACCEPTANCE

By paying the service fee, the Client confirms that they:

  • Understand the limited scope of the service

  • Acknowledge that the Company is not a wedding planner or coordinator

  • Accept full responsibility for all decisions and arrangements beyond venue introduction
